Normal wear & tear to the products caused by responsible usage. We do not consider this normal wear & tear as damage.
What is considered as a damage?
Any physical damage which affects the functionality or visual appearance of the product is considered as damage. Less than 2% of all orders come under this category.
Deposit Deduction: General Guidelines
In rare cases, if there happens to be damage or loss of the product there might be some deduction from your refundable deposit. We have tried to be as fair as possible. Broadly there are three types of damages
